EVENT TICKETING + REFUND POLICY

Our business hours are from 9-5 Monday through Friday, please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Blu’s Bootcamp events are carefully planned to provide an elevated, intentional experience for every attendee. All event accommodations, materials, and partner commitments are arranged per person in advance.
Because of this, all event ticket sales are final.
Refunds are not offered unless explicitly approved by Blu’s Bootcamp in writing.
Refund Request Window
If a refund exception is granted, the request must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the event.
Requests submitted within 24 hours of the event, including same-day requests, are not eligible for a refund or credit under any circumstance.
Event Changes + Updates
If there is an update to an event (such as brand partnerships, vendors, or programming), attendees will be notified. Updates alone do not qualify for a refund unless Blu’s Bootcamp specifies otherwise.
In rare cases, Blu’s Bootcamp may offer a credit toward a future event. Credits are discretionary, case-by-case, and must be used for an upcoming event within the specified time frame.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
No refunds or exchanges are accepted.
PRE ORDER
Pre ordered items are made to your order. We place the order off of the exact amount of orders placed through the website. These orders take 20-30 days to fulfill. Because of this, unfortunately, they can not be exchanged or canceled.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING RATE: $5 FOR US STANDARD SHIPPING
PLEASE ALLOW 3-6 WEEKS FOR THE ARRIVAL OF PRE-ORDERS
Blu’s box does NOT cover any duties/taxes/customs fees that may incur with international shipments.
During the holiday season, shipping delays could occur.

TAXES & DUTIES
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Blu’s Box. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD at the checkout page.
